Poppy Jaman, CEO of City Mental Health Alliance leads the charge in the global conversation on mental health. Having been through and experienced her own anxiety and post-natal depression, Poppy has lead various programmes teaching people how to identify and support a person who may be experiencing mental ill health. She now heads up City Mental Health Alliance, committed to improving and raising awareness of mental health in the workplace.
